Hello from Mississauga!πŸ‘‹ Introduce Yourself

I went through this exact thing with my parrotlet Sunny! It lasted about a few days and then resolved on its own. Hang in there.

I'd suggest trying stuffing paper towel rolls with treats for foraging. My avian vet recommended it and it made a huge difference.

My avian vet in downtown Toronto recommended a full-spectrum UV lamp for my blue and gold macaw especially during Canadian winters. There are so many options though β€” Arcadia, Zoo Med, FeatherBrite. Which one do you use and are you happy with it? Is there actually a noticeable difference in your bird's behavior?

Seems like a great community with solid advice. Happy to help answer questions and share what I've learned over the years!
