Hi! I'm new here but definitely not new to birds. My caique Jasper has been my companion for 10 years and I honestly can't imagine life without them. Just moved to downtown Toronto recently and looking to connect with other bird owners in the area. Happy to be here!

Second vote for BST. They boarded my Pionus last summer and I could tell Buddy was well cared for when I picked them up. Total peace of mind.

What kind of cage setup do you have? Sometimes the environment is a factor.

If you're near the Danforth, PetSmart on Eglinton Ave actually has a decent bird section. Better than most locations.

This happened to us last winter. I think the shorter days and dry heated air were the cause for my bird.

My Oliver went through a phase like this around 4 years. I was terrified but it passed. Birds are weird sometimes lol.
