Welcome to the forum! Great to have another bird lover from the GTA. Your Amazon parrot sounds adorable — what's their personality like?

This is one of those topics where I think there genuinely is no right answer. Both sides have valid points.

I could have written this post a year ago. Same situation, same frustration. Here's what I wish someone had told me: leaving the radio or TV on when I'm out — background noise helps. Would have saved me weeks of stress.

This made my day honestly. African Grey owners are the best people. We're all just trying our best for our feathered kids.
