Monday: my earring (while I was wearing it). Tuesday: a piece of pasta off my plate. Wednesday: my phone charger cable. Thursday: a $20 bill off the counter. Friday: my will to live. What has YOUR bird stolen recently? I need to know I'm not alone.

Absolutely love hearing success stories! This gives me so much hope for me and Basil. Thank you for sharing!

I showed this post to my bird and they looked at me with zero remorse. They know what they're doing.

YES! This is exactly what I needed to read today. My green cheek conure and I have been going through the same thing!

My Mango read this post over my shoulder and started nodding. I'm only slightly concerned.

I've had birds for 15 years and I've seen this many times. In my experience it usually comes down to jealousy of a new person, pet, or even object in the home.

I respectfully disagree. I think it depends heavily on the individual bird. My Maple is the total opposite.

Lol my Pionus does the exact same thing. I've just accepted that the bird runs the house now. I'm just the food delivery service.
