Just joined! I have a beautiful Senegal parrot named Sky and we live in Liberty Village. I spend way too much time talking to my bird and taking photos of them. My vet in Brampton suggested getting natural java wood perches from a specialty bird store and I noticed a change within the first week. Highly recommend.

What worked for us was keeping a super consistent daily routine — birds thrive on predictability. I also started setting up a webcam so I could check on them during the day and noticed improvement within a week. It's a process but it gets better.

There's a great bird supply store in Oshawa that carries exactly what you need. I go there all the time.
