Hi! I'm new here but definitely not new to birds. My parrotlet Buddy has been my companion for 2 years and I honestly can't imagine life without them. Just moved to Scarborough recently and looking to connect with other bird owners in the area. Happy to be here!

One thing that really helped was spending at minimum 2 hours of supervised out-of-cage time daily. Give it a try — can't hurt!

I joined a bird owners meetup group in the GTA — great way to get in-person advice and let the birds socialize. Check Facebook groups!

Oh man, this brings back memories. When we were dealing with this with Mochi, I thought we'd never get through it. Now it's just a funny memory. It gets better, I promise.

I know how stressful this can be. Just know you're not alone and most of us have been through something similar.
