Honest question: should I rehome my bird?

This is really hard to write but my life circumstances have changed significantly and I'm not sure I can give my lineolated parakeet the attention they deserve anymore. I love Pistachio but I want what's best for them. How do I decide? And if I do rehome, how do I find them a good home?

Birds are basically tiny dinosaurs with attitude. My Raja has me completely trained at this point 😂

My advice would be switching from seed to Harrison's pellets gradually over 2 weeks. Went through the same thing with my blue and gold macaw last year.
