Fostering birds in Toronto — how to start?

I'd love to foster birds in need but I'm not sure how to get started. Are there organizations in the GTA that need foster homes? I have experience with Indian Ringneck and a dedicated bird room in my Newmarket home.

I just snorted coffee out of my nose reading this. My cockatiel is looking at me like I've lost it.

Oh my bird did this for about about a month and I tried everything. Honestly, time was the biggest factor. They just grew out of it.
