Honest question: should I rehome my bird?

This is really hard to write but my life circumstances have changed significantly and I'm not sure I can give my Hahn's macaw the attention they deserve anymore. I love Basil but I want what's best for them. How do I decide? And if I do rehome, how do I find them a good home?

What worked for me was rearranging the cage every couple weeks to prevent boredom. Took about a week but my Indian Ringneck responded really well to it.

The Toronto Humane Society sometimes has birds available for adoption too. Worth checking if you're in the downtown area.
