Hi from Oshawa — proud parrotlet parent!

Hello! Been lurking on this forum for a bit and finally decided to make an account and participate. I've had my Indian Ringneck Fig for about 2 years now. Always nice to connect with other bird people in the GTA — most people I know think I'm crazy for having a bird lol. Excited to be here!

Totally agree with this! My parrotlet is exactly the same way.

For this I'd highly recommend Hagen Tropican. My parrotlet loves it and my vet approved it too.

I got mine from Pet Valu in Whitby. Great selection and the staff actually knows about birds.

One thing that really helped was positive reinforcement with their favorite treat every time they do the right thing. Give it a try — can't hurt!
