cockatiel won't stop screaming at 5 PM when I come home

Every single 7 AM, my green cheek conure goes absolutely nuts screaming. I live in a condo in Leslieville and my neighbours are starting to complain. Any advice on reducing the volume without punishing them?

This is peak Pionus behavior honestly. They wake up and choose chaos every single day and we love them for it.

I'd suggest trying playing calming bird sounds from YouTube during the day. My avian vet recommended it and it made a huge difference.
