Just wanted to give a shoutout to Bird Sitting Toronto. Left my green cheek conure with them for 10 days while we visited family and Pickle came home happy and healthy. They sent daily photo updates. Honestly the best experience. Highly recommend for anyone in Kitchener!

Reading this hit home. My Pionus went through the same phase around the same age. What helped us was putting the food bowl higher up — birds feel safer eating at height. Also just accepting that birds are gonna bird, you know?
