Best bird toy shops in the GTA?

Where do you buy bird toys in the Toronto area? Online recommendations welcome too. I find pet store selections are usually pretty limited for birds. Looking for quality foraging toys especially.

If you're near Richmond Hill, PetSmart on Kennedy Rd actually has a decent bird section. Better than most locations.
