lovebird won't stop screaming at 7 AM

Every single dawn, my Amazon parrot goes absolutely nuts screaming. I live in a condo in Markham and my neighbours are starting to complain. Any advice on reducing the volume without punishing them?

I remember when my Amazon parrot went through this phase. I was so worried but my vet said it's actually really common.
