Out of cage play area — show me yours!

I want to set up a proper play area outside the cage for my budgie but I'm not sure what to get. Looking at play gyms and java trees. Anyone in Etobicoke know where to buy them? Pictures of your setup would be amazing!

This happened to us last winter. I think the shorter days and dry heated air were the cause for my bird.

My Captain went through a phase like this around 10 years. I was terrified but it passed. Birds are weird sometimes lol.

I'd suggest trying playing music during the day — my bird loves calm acoustic guitar. My avian vet recommended it and it made a huge difference.

Reading this hit home. My Indian Ringneck went through the same phase around the same age. What helped us was switching from seed to Harrison's pellets gradually over 2 weeks. Also just accepting that birds are gonna bird, you know?
