How much should a sun conure eat daily?

I feel like my Eclectus either eats like a truck or barely touches their food depending on the day. What's a normal amount? I free-feed pellets and offer fresh food twice a day. Am I doing this right?

Which avian vet do you go to? I'm looking for a good one near Parkdale.

What worked for me was rearranging the cage every couple weeks to prevent boredom. Took about a week but my lineolated parakeet responded really well to it.
