Taking my Pionus for their first wellness exam. What should I expect to pay in Toronto? Also what tests should I ask for? I want to be thorough but also not get unnecessary upsells.

Did this start suddenly or was it gradual? When my canary did this it turned out to be jealousy of a new person, pet, or even object in the home.
