For this I'd highly recommend HARI Prime. My Hahn's macaw loves it and my vet approved it too.

If you're near Mississauga, PetSmart on Dundas St actually has a decent bird section. Better than most locations.

I could have written this post a year ago. Same situation, same frustration. Here's what I wish someone had told me: introducing new foods by eating them in front of the bird — monkey see monkey do. Would have saved me weeks of stress.
