Avian vet recommendations in Roncesvalles?

Looking for a good avian vet near Barrie. My regular vet doesn't seem super comfortable with birds and I want someone who actually specializes. Bonus if they do home visits!

Have you noticed any other changes? When my Indian Ringneck did this they were also sitting at the bottom of the cage.

Did this start suddenly or was it gradual? When my caique did this it turned out to be jealousy of a new person, pet, or even object in the home.

A friend who's had birds for 20 years told me to try covering the cage partially at night for 12 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I was skeptical but it actually worked.

I just snorted coffee out of my nose reading this. My canary is looking at me like I've lost it.
