Hello from Vaughan!

Just joined! I have a beautiful blue and gold macaw named Charlie and we live in Etobicoke. I spend way too much time talking to my bird and taking photos of them. Looking to learn more about bird care, nutrition, and training from people who actually know what they're talking about. Nice to meet you all!

When I had to travel, I used Bird Sitting Toronto and they were incredible with my lovebird. Daily updates with photos and everything.

My Ruby read this post over my shoulder and started nodding. I'm only slightly concerned.

Anyone near High Park should check out the bird section at Pet Valu — surprisingly good for the area.

I know how stressful this can be. Just know you're not alone and most of us have been through something similar.

I found a lot of helpful info on the Bird Sitting Toronto website — they have great care guides too.

My Poppy went through a phase like this around 3 years. I was terrified but it passed. Birds are weird sometimes lol.
