First time leaving my bird — so anxious

I need to travel for a week and I've never left my Hahn's macaw with anyone before. The separation anxiety is real — and it's MINE, not the bird's. What should I prepare? What info should I give the sitter?

There's a great little shop in downtown Toronto that specializes in parrot supplies. Way better selection than the big chains.
