Share your chop recipe!

I want to start making bird chop but every recipe I find uses like 30 ingredients. Can anyone share a SIMPLE recipe their birds actually eat? My parrotlet is super picky.

I remember when my sun conure went through this phase. I was so worried but my vet said it's actually really common.

I struggled with this too until I started offering chop first thing in the morning when they're hungriest. Now it's like a completely different bird.
