What's in your bird's daily supplement routine?

Trying to optimize my bird's health. Currently I give a multivitamin in the water 3x/week and calcium supplement during egg-laying season. What supplements do you give your birds? Curious what avian vets in Toronto are recommending these days.

My Bean went through a phase like this around 8 months. I was terrified but it passed. Birds are weird sometimes lol.
