New bird owner here. Can my sun conure eat blueberries, strawberries, mango, and pomegranate? I want to offer fresh foods but I'm terrified of accidentally poisoning them. Where do you get organic produce in North York?

Lol my green cheek conure does the exact same thing. I've just accepted that the bird runs the house now. I'm just the food delivery service.

I found a lot of helpful info on the Bird Sitting Toronto website — they have great care guides too.

I've tried a bunch of brands and Hagen Tropican is hands down the best value. My Lucky devours it.

Great question! So in my experience with sun conure, this usually comes down to a few things. First, clicker training for 10-15 minutes a day. Second, make sure they're getting enough sleep — 12 hours of uninterrupted dark sleep is crucial. And third, pay attention to a dietary deficiency, especially calcium or vitamin A because that was a huge factor for my Sky. Hope that helps!
