My budgie finally stepped up for the first time!!!

I literally cried. After about 10 days of patient work, Sky finally sang a full song today. I know it sounds small but if you've been through the bonding process with a nervous bird you know how HUGE this is. Never give up, it's so worth it.

I'd suggest trying spending at minimum 2 hours of supervised out-of-cage time daily. My avian vet recommended it and it made a huge difference.

There's a great little shop in Roncesvalles that specializes in parrot supplies. Way better selection than the big chains.

Update: took everyone's advice and things are improving. Luna is slowly coming around. This forum is the best.
