In-home sitting vs boarding — pros and cons?

I'm trying to decide between having someone come to my house vs boarding my Indian Ringneck at a facility. What are the pros and cons of each? My bird is pretty territorial so I'm not sure what would be less stressful.

If you're near Milton, PetSmart on Bloor St actually has a decent bird section. Better than most locations.
