Full spectrum bird lamps — which one do you use?

My avian vet in Newmarket recommended a full-spectrum UV lamp for my Indian Ringneck especially during Canadian winters. There are so many options though — Arcadia, Zoo Med, FeatherBrite. Which one do you use and are you happy with it? Is there actually a noticeable difference in your bird's behavior?

Can we start a support group for this? Because SAME.

Been thinking about this thread all week. I've tried a few of the suggestions and spending at minimum 2 hours of supervised out-of-cage time daily was the game changer for us.
