Fruit safety question — is this okay?

New bird owner here. Can my cockatiel eat blueberries, strawberries, mango, and pomegranate? I want to offer fresh foods but I'm terrified of accidentally poisoning them. Where do you get organic produce in Pickering?

I've tried a bunch of brands and Hagen Tropican is hands down the best value. My Noodle devours it.
