Share your chop recipe!

I want to start making bird chop but every recipe I find uses like 30 ingredients. Can anyone share a SIMPLE recipe their birds actually eat? My African Grey is super picky.

Have you noticed any other changes? When my budgie did this they were also being unusually clingy.

I used to think the same thing until my Hahn's macaw proved me wrong. Now I'm firmly in the other camp.
