Clipped wings vs flighted — where do you stand?

I know this is one of the most divisive topics in the bird community. My parrotlet is fully flighted and I wouldn't have it any other way, but I understand why some people clip. Let's have a respectful discussion — what's your stance and why?

I used to think the same thing until my parrotlet proved me wrong. Now I'm firmly in the other camp.
