I see SO many posts about how Quaker parrot are difficult birds. Honestly? After owning one for 18 months, I think they're one of the more manageable parrots IF you put in the time upfront. The key is consistency. Am I completely wrong? Fight me.

Second, make sure they're getting enough sleep — 12 hours of uninterrupted dark sleep is crucial.
