Flight recall training — anyone tried it?

I want to train my Quaker parrot to fly to me on command (indoor only obviously). I've seen videos of people doing it and it looks amazing. Has anyone in the GTA done this? How long did it take? My Skittles already flies to me sometimes but it's definitely not on command.

My vet in the Danforth suggested playing music during the day — my bird loves calm acoustic guitar and I noticed a change within the first week. Highly recommend.

Dealt with this for months. What finally worked was changing the food brand and just being really patient. They come around eventually.
