How much should a African Grey eat daily?

I feel like my Pionus either eats like a truck or barely touches their food depending on the day. What's a normal amount? I free-feed pellets and offer fresh food twice a day. Am I doing this right?

I've tried a bunch of brands and TOP's pellets is hands down the best value. My Zazu devours it.
